Summary: Skyp's analytics dashboard updates campaign delivery, open, reply and bounce rates automatically, and webhook events can push the same data into a BI tool or a Slack channel.
Skyp keeps campaign performance in the product instead of in exported spreadsheets. The analytics view shows overall campaign performance — delivery rate, open rate, reply rate and bounce rate — plus a per-campaign breakdown with contact counts, delivered percentage and open rate for each live campaign, and an opens-over-time chart.
The numbers are cleaned before they reach the dashboard. Bot and security-scanner opens are removed, and Apple MPP prefetch opens are identified and excluded, so what is left are human opens, replies and clicks — the signals that show which contacts are worth a call or a retarget. Skyp describes this as honest reporting rather than metrics tuned to flatter the platform.
For teams that want the data elsewhere, Skyp supports webhook events that push data to any BI tool or Slack channel, and connects to Salesforce and HubSpot through its MCP server (Salesforce and HubSpot sync is a Growth-plan feature). The Team plan adds team reporting and approvals for managers overseeing several reps.
