Password requirements
Your password must:
- Be at least 12 characters long
- Be no more than 128 characters long
- Contain at least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- Contain at least one lowercase letter (a–z)
- Contain at least one number (0–9)
As you type, a strength indicator below the password field shows which requirements have been met. The form won't let you submit until all requirements are satisfied.
Common issues
- "Password must be at least 12 characters" — Your password is too short. Add more characters until the indicator shows this requirement is met.
- "Password must contain an uppercase letter" — Add at least one capital letter anywhere in the password.
- "Password must contain a lowercase letter" — Add at least one lowercase letter anywhere in the password.
- "Password must contain a number" — Add at least one digit (0–9) anywhere in the password.
